Online clothing is sketchy and the shipping and taxes do change when returning an item. You are taxed on the lower amount after shipping is deducted and you get that credit. The store is making money on returns! If you return to store you get a gift card. I don't mine paying shipping cost but I don't trust a company that uses a formula to make money off people when they return items. Just charge a restocking fee instead of being dishonest!

I ordered a skirt from the website. It was a maxi with bright summer colors and palms and parrots. The one I received is fall colors with no parrots. Not only did I have to pay shipping, I had to pay return shipping for their mistake. I was told the one I received contained the sku number of the one I ordered. The one I received was not an item on their website. They had 2 items with the same sku! I will never shop there again because I don't know what I may receive!

I bought some really cute sandals from Versona, Odessa a couple of weeks ago. I wore them a few times, but they would slide off my feet while I was walking. So, these really cute sandals spent most of their time in my closet. I was in the store today telling Chreen, Assistant Manager, this story and she suggested I return the shoes. I was so shocked that: 1) she suggested I return them, and 2) I was even able to return merchandise after it had been worn. Needless to say, I quickly ran home and returned the really cute sandals that kept flying off my feet when I walked, only to purchase another really cute pair of sandals that do NOT fly off my feet every time I walk. I also snagged a couple of pairs of really cute earrings. So, I highly recommend Versona! And, Rosa, the Senior Manager was also very helpful! Thanks Chreen and Rosa! I will definitely be back!

We're getting great customer service! My wife and I just happened upon this store in the West town Mall in Knoxville. This was our first time seeing it. She currently has a lot of things on the counter she's buying. I googled this place and saw just one review - a Negative one regarding customer service. Not sure which location that one is but here in Knoxville it is anything but the case. I'm walking around watching my wife spend money and I'm finding myself very impressed with the service she is getting. If the stuff holds up well, it looks as though she has found her new go to spot.

My friend Debbie and I went into the Versona store for women on Sunday, January 20,2019 at 12:32 pm. No one greeted us as we enter the store, however there were three women standing in a circle talking. As we shop I found a pair of earrings that I wanted to buy. I looked around for a sales clerk and notice the three lading still talking. We had been in the store for about 29 to 25 minutes and still no one ask if we needed help. I looked at the check out counter and no one was there... so I stood close to the women not wanting to interrupt their conversation. So, I finally ask if someone could help me and this one women said, oh yea. She never ask if I found everything ok or greeted me. I told her that if I did not want the earring I would not shop in her store because that was the worst no customer service I have ever experienced. I do believe they were purposely ignoring me because I am a black female. I reported this to Kelly Thompson at another Versona store. I ask her to view the store security tapes because this was unacceptable. A horrible experience.
